These third-party services and account credentials are required to successfully configure and run the ordering software.

The following third-party costs are not included in the NexOrdr software package pricing.

Requirements to be provided by the customer

To successfully set up and run the ordering software, the following active accounts and credentials must be provided by the customer.

  • Cloudinary login credentials are required for file and image uploads. NexOrdr does not store files or images on its server; all media files are uploaded and managed through Cloudinary.
  • Firebase login credentials are required for mobile app configuration, push notifications, app deployment, and related services.
  • Google API keys are required for Google Maps, address autocomplete, geolocation, and other Google-related functionalities.
  • Twilio login credentials are required for SMS notifications, OTP verification, and customer communication via SMS.
  • SMTP or email server credentials are required for order confirmations, password reset emails, customer notifications, and other system-generated emails.
  • OneSignal account access is required for instant notifications, marketing notifications, and real-time updates to users and administrators.
  • Twilio WhatsApp API credentials are required to activate and configure WhatsApp AI Automation. The customer must provide Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, WhatsApp-enabled Twilio Phone Number, and WhatsApp Business API configuration details if applicable.
Important Note: All required accounts should be active and fully configured by the customer. Any subscription fees associated with these third-party services are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the software package pricing.
