Do I need technical knowledge?
None at all. We set everything up for you — your website, app, menu, and payments. You just run your restaurant.
How long does it take to go live?
Most restaurants are live and taking orders within a few days of signing up. Our team handles the entire setup.
Will customers see my brand or NexOrdr?
Only yours. Your app and website are fully white-labelled with your logo, colours, and domain name. NexOrdr stays behind the scenes.
Is it suitable for small restaurants?
Yes. NexOrdr works for single outlets, growing cafés, and large chains. Our Starter plan is designed specifically for small food businesses taking their first step online.
How much does NexOrdr cost?

Is there any commission on orders?
Never. NexOrdr is a commission-free food ordering platform. You pay one flat annual fee — nothing more.
Are there hidden charges?
No. No setup fees. No per-order charges. No surprises.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Just contact our team and we will handle it.

Where does the payment go when a customer orders?
Directly into your bank account. No middlemen, no waiting, no deductions.
What payment methods can customers use?
UPI, cards, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery — all major options are supported.
What happens if a payment fails?
The customer is automatically refunded within 5 to 7 working days. You are not charged for failed transactions.
Can I offer discounts and promo codes?
Yes. Create and manage offers directly from your Admin Dashboard to attract new customers and reward regulars.
Can I set a minimum order value?
Yes. Set your own minimum order amount for delivery from your dashboard settings.
Will I get a mobile app?
Yes. Growth and Pro plans include a fully branded food delivery app published under your restaurant’s name on Google Play and Apple App Store.
What apps are included?
Depending on your plan — a customer ordering app, a business owner app, a delivery rider app, and a waiter app for dine-in management.
Is it cloud-based?
Yes. Manage your restaurant from anywhere, on any device, at any time.
Can I update my menu from my phone?
Yes. Add, edit, or remove items and update prices in real time from the NexOrdr app or web dashboard.
Is customer data secure?
Yes. NexOrdr uses secure payment gateways and encryption to keep all customer data safe.
Does NexOrdr handle my deliveries?
NexOrdr gives you a complete delivery management system — rider app, GPS tracking, and order assignment. You manage your own team and keep full control.
Can I set delivery zones and charges?
Yes. Define zones and set different delivery charges for each area from your Admin Panel.
Can customers track their delivery?
Yes. Customers receive a live tracking link the moment their order is assigned to a rider.
What if I only do pickup?
Can I manage multiple branches from one account?
Yes. The Pro plan lets you manage multiple outlets — separate menus, staff, and delivery zones — all from one dashboard.
Can I give my staff their own access?
Yes. Create staff accounts with role-based access so each team member sees only what they need.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your ordering website runs on your own domain — for example, orders.yourrestaurant.com.
What happens after I sign up?
Our team reaches out to schedule a setup call, configures everything together with you, and makes sure you are confident before going live.
What support does NexOrdr provide?
All plans include support via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Pro plan customers get a dedicated account manager.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. For urgent issues outside these hours, message us on WhatsApp.
How do I report a technical issue?
Message us on WhatsApp with a brief description and a screenshot if possible. We will resolve it fast so your orders keep coming in.
