Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation rules for Nexordr’s services. We recommend reading this carefully before subscribing.

    1. Our Role
    • Nexordr is a technology provider only.
    • Clients operate their own businesses independently.
    • This policy applies to subscription fees paid to Nexordr only.
    1. Cancellation Rules
    • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us via email or through the platform dashboard.
    • Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal charges.
    • Once a billing cycle has started, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.
    • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period.
    1. Refund Eligibility
    • All subscription fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
    • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
      • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
      • Incorrect charge due to a billing error on Nexordr’s part
    • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
    1. No Refund Cases

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind after subscription activation
    • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
    • Partial use of the subscription period
    • Issues arising from third-party service failures
    1. Auto-Renewal
    • All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
    • Clients will be notified before renewal via email.
    • It is the Client’s responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
    1. Non-Payment & Suspension
    • Non-payment will result in immediate suspension of Platform access.
    • Access will only be restored once all outstanding dues are cleared in full.
    • Nexordr reserves the right to terminate accounts with prolonged non-payment.
