At Nexordr (nexordr.com), we aim to provide high-quality software and services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
1. Nature of Service
Nexordr provides digital products and SaaS-based solutions, including:
- Online ordering systems
- POS systems
- Mobile applications
- Delivery and business management software
As these are non-tangible, digital services, traditional product returns do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment charged but service not activated
- Technical issues from our side preventing service usage
Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or business results
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateway, hosting, etc.)
3. Subscription & Cancellation
- All services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly)
- You may cancel your subscription anytime
- Cancellation will stop future billing but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle
4. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered:
- Users are encouraged to test the platform before purchasing
- No refunds will be provided after upgrading from trial
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
6. Chargebacks
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension
- We encourage users to contact support for resolution first
